Vulnarium is a blog dedicated to helping security teams uncover crucial details about software vulnerabilities—information often overlooked without an in-depth analysis. This deeper understanding ensures development teams address the right issues at the right time.
Initially, Vulnarium will share these analyses through blog posts focusing on vulnerabilities that stand out for one reason or another.
The name Vulnarium can be broken down into two key roots:
Vulnus (Latin for "wound"): the same root that forms the basis of "vulnerability" in English (i.e., something susceptible to harm or attack).
-arium (Latin suffix): often used to designate a “place” or “container” (as in “aquarium,” a place for water and fish).
Therefore, just like an aquarium is a place where you can observe fishes, Vulnarium is a place to observe vulnerabilities.
Absolutely! But before you get in touch, be aware I'm doing this pro bono and I will write a blog post about it! :P
